Peter’s Food have invested in additional Principle Suite device licenses and IP68 Android hardware to triple their capacity for real-time data capture and audit management across departments.
Peter’s is one of the biggest food production employers in Wales with 850 full time employees based at their 250,000 sq ft manufacturing plant in Bedwas, Caerphilly. In addition to acquiring Mom’s Fabulous Foods, the company have also invested substantially in manufacturing and process equipment during 2016.
Seamcor have been working closely with Peter’s since June 2014. Up until now, Principle Suite has been used for GMP Audits and Quality Checks but the additional capacity will be used to incorporate various audits, NPD processes, complaint investigations, goods intake checks and Health & Safety audits.
